If you are not satisfied with your IPTV UK Hub subscription, you may request a full refund within seven days of your original purchase date. No complicated return process. No arguments. Contact us, provide your order details, and we will process your refund.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:
- Your refund request must be made within seven calendar days of the date you purchased your subscription
- Your request must be made via email at info@iptvukhub.it.com or WhatsApp at +44 7446 130109
- You must provide your order reference or the email address used at purchase so we can locate your account
How to request a refund

- Include your order reference number or the email address you used to purchase
- Briefly describe the reason for your request (optional but helpful)
- We will confirm receipt and process your refund promptly
Processing time
Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days of approval. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take a few additional days.
After the 7-day period
Refunds cannot be granted after the seven-day guarantee period has passed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you are experiencing a technical issue, please contact our support team before requesting a refund — we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Renewals
IPTV UK Hub subscriptions do not renew automatically. You will never be charged without your explicit action. As such, there are no automatic renewal charges to reverse.
Exceptions
The 7-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases of a new subscription. Renewals purchased after an expired subscription are treated as new purchases and are eligible for the same guarantee.
Refunds may be declined in cases of clear abuse of the guarantee — for example, repeated refund requests from the same account or evidence of account sharing in breach of our terms and conditions.
