1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the IPTV UK Hub website at iptvukhub.it.com and by purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase a subscription.
2. The service
IPTV UK Hub provides an internet-based television streaming service. Access is granted upon purchase of a subscription plan. The service delivers live channels, on-demand content and EPG data via internet protocol to compatible devices.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are sold as pre-paid access for a fixed duration. Available plans and current pricing are shown on the homepage. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We do not operate automatic renewals. Your subscription will expire at the end of the chosen duration unless you choose to renew manually.
Account credentials will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Ensure your email address is correct before completing your order.
4. Acceptable use
You may use your subscription for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You must not:
- Share, resell or redistribute your account credentials
- Use the service for public broadcast or commercial screening
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy or replicate any aspect of the service
- Use the service in a way that places unreasonable load on the infrastructure
- Use the service in violation of any applicable law
Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
5. Multiple connections
Standard subscriptions are provided for use on a reasonable number of personal devices. Simultaneous streaming limits apply as described at the time of purchase. Using a single subscription for commercial purposes or for multiple separate households is not permitted.
6. Refund policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. Full terms are set out in our refund policy. Refunds are not available after the seven-day period unless required by applicable consumer law.
7. Content availability
Channel availability and content libraries are subject to change. Specific channels or content may be added or removed from time to time. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific channel or title. Scheduled sporting events are subject to broadcast rights held by the relevant channels.
8. Technical requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable internet connection and compatible device. Minimum internet speeds for stable streaming are described in our internet speed guide. We are not liable for service quality issues caused by your internet connection or device.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics and code — belongs to IPTV UK Hub or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IPTV UK Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in question.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
