Troubleshooting

IPTV Not Loading: Troubleshooting Guide

If your IPTV player opens but no channels appear, or if the app cannot connect to the server, the problem is usually one of a small number of common causes. This guide walks through each one systematically.

Check your internet connection

Before troubleshooting the IPTV app, confirm your device has a working internet connection. Open a browser or another app that uses the internet to verify. If there is no connectivity, fix the network issue first.

Verify your subscription credentials

The most common cause of channels not loading is an error in the login credentials. Check your IPTV UK Hub welcome email and confirm:

  • The server URL is entered exactly — check for missing "http://" at the start, incorrect port numbers, or trailing spaces
  • The username is copied correctly — usernames are case-sensitive
  • The password is copied correctly

Delete and re-add your subscription profile in the IPTV player if you are unsure whether the credentials are entered correctly.

Check your subscription status

An expired subscription will result in the server refusing to provide your channel list. Check your original purchase email for the subscription duration and expiry date. If you need to renew, visit our plans page.

Try a different IPTV player

If your usual player cannot connect, try adding your credentials to a different IPTV player app. If the second player connects successfully, the issue is with the first player's configuration or a corrupted cache. Clear the first player's cache or reinstall it.

Restart your device and router

Power-cycling both your streaming device and your router resolves many connectivity issues. Unplug both for 30 seconds, restart the router first, wait for it to fully reconnect, then power on the streaming device.

Check for app updates

An outdated IPTV player app may be incompatible with the current server protocol. Check for updates to your IPTV Smarters, TiviMate or other player app and install any available updates.

Try a different DNS server

Some ISPs block or slow certain server addresses. Changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google) or 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) in your device's network settings can resolve this. On a router, the DNS change applies to all devices on the network.

Contact support

If none of the above resolves the issue, contact our support team at info@iptvukhub.it.com. We can verify your account status and check for any server-side issues.
